We are Nova Defense Systems Kenpo Karate.

Since 1981, we have been teaching karate in Canon City to men, women, and children of all ages.  Martial arts teaches self defense, discipline, respect, confidence, tenacity, and much more.  It is not an overnight process.  We walk with you along your martial arts journey.
