Your forms before your first class…
Before beginning your karate forms (that’s what we call a series of techniques strung together), techniques, and sparring, you need to print, sign and turn in the student information/release form (link below). It also contains the media release. If you are okay with your image being posted on our website or Facebook page, please indicate accordingly. If you are not okay with that, we need to know, too, so we don’t post without your permission.
